Joe Castro is a director, musician, songwriter, poet, athlete, and so forth. He grew up in a small town in southern Virginia playing saxophone, imagining future routes in his career, journaling for hours, and routinely singing in the shower. He switched majors in college from political science to theatre during the beginning of the pandemic to live the dream of being a director. He writes for film/television, music, poetry, and combines it all to be a multi-faceted creative in order to escape the rough parts of the world and his life.
